Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy

All weight loss injections and medication are dispensed directly from our store in accordance with cold-chain transportation. It is packed by a dispenser in discreet packaging using the correct insulated materials and ice gel backs to ensure it reaches you at the correct temperature range. It is shipped to your given address using a tracked service for next-day delivery or depending on your location.

We aim to approve and dispatch your order within 24 hours of placing the order. This does not include weekends or bank holidays. To comply with cold-chain requirement, orders are shipped Monday to Thursday in order to reach you within 24-48 hours. For example, if you place an order on Thursday 12pm, it may be dispatched on Monday the following week and delivered to you on Tuesday.

 

Orders will have to be signed for, so please ensure someone is at your given shipping address to receive the order on the day of delivery. Bot’s Weight Loss Home will not be liable for any replacements due to missed deliveries. If your parcel is returned back to us due to repeated missed delivery attempts, we will not issue a replacement or refund.

If you would like your order shipped at a particular day then do let us know by email and we would be happy to dispatch it on another day.

Deliveries are worldwide. So we can satisfy our clients instant needs of the medication required

If you change your mind after you have placed the order, as long as the products have not been dispensed, we will offer a full refund. Please email us on contact@weightlosskaufen quoting your order number and delivery address and we will process the refund.

Once the medication is dispensed however,you will not be able to cancel your order and we are unable to offer you a refund after this point. This is due to legislation around prescription medication as well as the product having been prepared and labelled specifically for you at this stage.

For the avoidance of doubt, if you have received your order and changed your mind (at any time after it was dispensed), you will be unable to return it and we will be unable to offer a refund. Orders can be processed and dispensed on the same day of placing the order, therefore if you would like to make changes or cancel it, please ensure you contact us immediately after placing the order.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment account

If you have received the wrong order then email us immediately on contact@weightlosskaufen and no later than 24 hours after delivery. We will investigate the matter and resolve it accordingly.

If you have received a faulty or damaged device then please contact us immediately, and within 24-48 Hours, by emailing us on contact@weightlosskaufen and we will look into the matter for you immediately. Please do not send Saxenda injections back to us unless we specifically ask you to do so. By law we will have to discard them once received and will not be liable for issuing refunds for any returned items unless we have asked you to do so in writing by email. This also applies to medication which have been returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts.
